About Us

Linnick Group consisted of two companies: Linnick Developments Ltd. and Linnick Engineering Ltd.

Linnick Engineering Ltd. was set up in 1990 to act as a consultant and project manager to a large multi-national leisure group, which it had already been supporting for a number of years. The leisure group's unique product, specialising in forest-based holiday centres, was supported by Linnick Group's skillfully integrated infrastructure systems for nearly 30 years. Linnick Group completed their work on the planning and construction phases of the most recent of these major holiday parks in 2014. Linnick Engineering designed and implemented the parks mechanical and electrical infrastructure, integrating modern technologies for energy usage and communication into the new infrastructure.

Linnick Developments Ltd. emerged in 1997 after the purchase of five redundant commercial buildings with land in the centre of Trowbridge. The design and infrastructure skills, already evident in the Linnick Engineering branch of the company, were put to good use where managers and staff became passionate about sympathetically restoring these historic, listed buildings to their former glory. Linnick Developments was committed to restoring such derelict properties to the highest quality and historical accuracy. This aim is evident in the company's involvement in the charitable restoration of The Athenaeum theatre in Warminster and their achievements have been recognised in the past by several design awards and nominations for awards for South West England planning and design.
